Legal Content & Fitness Content Ghostwriting

does the writing for you, which you (as the “author”), take the credit for.

For example, the law blog posts I write are attributed to the individual lawyer or law firm. My name does not appear on the blog.

The same thing goes for law firm website pages and attorney biographies (“bios”) that I write.

In addition to legal blogs and law firm web pages, you may have ideas that you want to turn into legal content which you want to take credit for. For example, you may have ideas that you want to turn into speeches, YouTube content, templates, or eBooks.

But you need a writer.

Whether you need a legal content writer or a health and fitness content writer, I’ve got you covered.

Send me an email and let me know what you need.

EBooks? Yes.

War and Peace or the Next New York Times Best Seller? Not Yet.

At Fit & Legal Freelance Writing, I provide writing and editing services for businesses — law firms or personal training businesses — not for aspiring authors. Which means that the type of ghostwriting services I provide generally relate to a firm’s or personal trainer’s website content and digital products. I will ghostwrite online content such as:

  • Website content

  • Landing Pages

  • Bios

  • eBooks

  • Articles

  • Blog posts (*minimum of 5)

  • Newsletters

  • Checklists

  • Guides

  • Templates

  • Forms

  • Email campaigns.

I also write offline content, such as:

  • Letters

  • Manuals

  • Guides

  • Forms

And I edit & proofread all of the above or any other written material that you may need proofread or edited.

However, I am not a book publisher or book editor. So I do not ghostwrite, edit, or format manuscripts for publication.

For a bit more detail on what I do and don’t do, go here.

But if you have a project other than those listed above, don’t despair. Shoot me an email and let’s talk about it. If I can help you, I certainly will!

So,What’s the Ghostly Process?

  • Proposal discussion and development. Once you contact me with an inquiry, we will set up a date and time to discuss (by phone) some of the details of your project. During this conversation we’ll find out if I’m the right writer for you and if you’re the right client for me. If we suit, then after this discussion, I will send you a quote for your project.

  • Project Quote & Signed Contract. Once you accept the quote, I’ll send you a formal proposal (contract) defining the project. We sign the contract, spit on our hands and shake on it, and I get to work.

  • Materials, Zoom or phone meetings. You will need to provide me with any materials you have regarding your project such as examples, research, notes, resources and ideas.  The more I know about what you want, the resources you want to use, and how you want to say it, the happier you will be with the final product. Depending on the complexity of your project, we will have as many zoom or phone/email exchanges and meetings as necessary to move the project forward.

  • The Roadmap. After initial project meetings, I will prepare an 2-10 page outline of the project for you which you will review and add to or revise. We’ll work through a few drafts of the outline until we get it just right. This will be the Roadmap for your project.

  • Initial Draft. Working with the Roadmap, I will prepare, with your assistance as needed, an initial draft of the project. When the initial draft is good enough to send to you (as in, I consider it to be in “final” form), I will send it to you. Again, you will review and revise.

  • Draft, draft, draft. We keep working at the draft (again, how many we need and how long this takes is totally project-dependent) until we are satisfied.

  • Final Draft. Once we have a final draft, I send it to you for final revisions/changes. I make those final revisions and send you the….

  • Final, final.  Final version of your project is sent to you. You sign off on it, I prepare the final product and send it to you, I get paid (according to our contract), and everyone is happy.
